Effects of Personalized Nutritional Diet on Blood Glucose Control,Weight Management and Quality of Life in Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nutrition diet intervention during disease management in obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 128 obese patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Shou-guang People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the stuyd objects and randomly divided into control group and study group with 64 cases in each group by drawing lots.The control group carried out routine dis-ease management,and the study group carried out personalized nutrition diet intervention.Blood glucose index,body quality management,nursing satisfaction and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose index,body weight and body weight index of the study group were improved and significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was(96.86±2.27)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.52±2.63)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personal-ized nutrition diet intervention in type 2 diabetes obesity patients has achieved remarkable results.
