Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing for cerebral infarction with diabetes.Methods A total of 72 patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group according to odd and even numbers.The conventional group was the traditional nursing and the compre-hensive group was the comprehensive nursing.Nursing efficacy,adverse mood score,blood sugar index and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After care,the nursing efficacy score of the two groups was higher than that before care,and the comprehensive group was higher than the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the negative emotion scores of both groups were decreased,and the com-prehensive group was lower than the common group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the blood glucose indexes of both groups were decreased,and the comprehensive group was lower than the com-mon group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the comprehensive group was 97.22%,higher than that of the general group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.222,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a positive impact on improving self-efficacy,alleviating emo-tional problems,controlling patients'blood glucose,stabilizing cerebral infarction and diabetes patients'condition,and improving satisfaction rate.
