Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in diabetic nursing intervention.Methods A to-tal of 100 patients with diabetes admitted to Qiannan Prefecture People's Hospital from June to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the study group(50 cases,comprehensive care)and the con-trol group(50 cases,routine care)by random number table method.The blood glucose index,treatment compliance,self-management ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c indexes of the study group were better than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The treatment compliance and self-management ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.00%,higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.301,P<0.05).Conclusion In diabetic patients,the implementation of comprehensive nursing can improve the effect of blood glucose control,enhance pa-tients'self-management ability and treatment compliance.
