Objective To analyze the value of cystatin C(CysC),serum creatinine(Scr),serum urea(Sur)and urinary microalbumin(mAlb)in the combined diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods Eighty-three patients with DN admitted to Weifang Endocrine and Metabolic Disease Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were included in the observation group, and seventy-five patients with simple diabetes admitted to hospital during the same period were included in the control group. In addition,eighty-five healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in hospi-tal during the same period were classified into the health group. The differences of CysC,Scr,Sur and mAlb among the three groups were detected and compared.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was described to analyze the value of CysC,Scr,Sur and mAlb in the diagnosis of DN.Results The CysC,Scr,Sur and mAlb of the observation group were(1.35±0.51)mg/L,(73.58±8.31)μmol/L,(6.75±1.89)mmol/L and(34.21±2.58)mg/L respectively, higher than that of control group(0.83±0.26)mg/L,(59.96±5.25)μmol/L,(5.30±1.25)mmol/L,(18.35±2.20)mg/L,and health group(0.70±0.14)mg/L,(51.35±4.63)μmol/L,(4.18±0.34)mmol/L,(15.24±1.53)mg/L,the indexes of control group were higher than those of health group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of the combined diagnosis of DN by CysC,Scr,Sur and mAlb was bigger than that by the four indexes alone(P<0.05).Conclusion CysC,Scr,Sur and mAlb can diagnose DN early and timely, and have certain diagnostic value.
