Objective To study the effects of different blood purification schemes on blood glucose and renal function of diabetic nephropathy patients on hemodialysis.Methods A total of one hundred patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis in Tai'an 88th Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with fifty patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with hemodialysis plus filtration.The blood glucose indexes and renal function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The hemoglobin,total protein,albumin and binding force of CO2 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were significantly lower than that in control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c in observation group were sig-nificantly lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis plus filtration is beneficial to improve renal function and stabilize blood glucose in patients.
