Objective To explore the efficacy of continuous subcutaneous insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 dia-betes mellitus(T2DM)patients with acute kidney injury. Methods Clinical data of ninty-eight T2DM patients with acute kidney injury treated in Anxi County Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively se-lected.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into conventional group(multiple subcutaneous in-sulin injection)and observation group(continuous subcutaneous insulin pump injection),with forty-nine cases in each group. The glucose control effect, incidence of adverse reactions and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After 14 days of treatment, blood glucose level and renal function indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(2.04%)was lower than that in conventional group(14.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.900,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of T2DM patients with acute kidney injury, continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump has better glucose control effect, while the occurrence of adverse reactions is relatively low,and the kidney function is significantly improved.
