Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin aspartate combined with insulin detemir in the treat-ment of pregnancy with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of sixty-eight pregnancy with diabetes mellitus patients ad-mitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with thirty-four cases in each group.The control group was given insulin aspartate injection for treatment,and the observa-tion group was given insulin aspartate combined with insulin detemir for treatment.Blood glucose level and islet func-tion indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose level of the two groups decreased,and the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c of the ob-servation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the level of homeostasis model assessment-IR decreased and homeostasis model as-sessment-β increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of insulin aspartate and insulin detemir in the treat-ment of pregnancy with diabetes mellitus is significant,which can better control blood glucose levels and significantly improve the islet function of patients.
