健康教育临床护理路径在糖尿病护理中的应用效果分析

目的 分析糖尿病实施健康教育临床护理路径的影响.方法 选取2022年10月—2023年10月费县人民医院收治的106例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据病历号末尾数字的奇偶分为路径组、比照组,各53例,路径组实施健康教育临床护理路径,比照组实施常规教育,比较两组自护能力、心理状态及护理满意度.结果 路径组自护能力评分高于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).施护前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamil-ton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).施护后,路径组的HAMA、HAMD评分低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).路径组护理满意度(96.23%)高于比照组(81.13%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 健康教育临床护理路径可推广,能提升知晓和自护优良率,降低血糖,改善心理问题,促进糖尿病的恢复.
Objective To analyze the influence of health education clinical nursing pathway on diabetes.Methods A total of one hundred and six diabetic patients admitted to Feixian County People's Hospital from October 2022 to Oc-tober 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of the numbers at the end of the medical re-cord number,they were divided into pathway group and comparison group,with fifty-three cases each.The pathway group implemented health education and clinical nursing pathway,comparison group implemented the routine educa-tion.Self-care ability,psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The score of self-care ability in pathway group was higher than that in comparison group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing,HAMA and HAMD scores in the pathway group were lower than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in pathway group(96.23%)was higher than that in comparison group(81.13%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education clinical nurs-ing pathway can be promoted,can improve awareness and self-care good rate,reduce blood glucose,improve psycho-logical problems,promote the recovery of diabetes.
