Objective To explore the application effect and intervention value of comprehensive nursing in the nurs-ing of diabetic patients.Methods A total of ninety diabetic patients admitted to Yihe New District Xianggong Central Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with forty-five cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,the observation group took comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was com-pared.Results After nursing,the observation group was better than the control group in disease awareness,compli-ance behavior,anxiety improvement effect,blood glucose index control effect and quality of life score,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is applied in the nursing management of patients with diabetes to further improve the quality of clinical nursing management,enhance patients'awareness and attention to the disease,improve patients'negative emotions,and improve patients'blood glu-cose control effect and quality of life.
