Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus com-plicated with cerebral hemorrhage and stroke.Methods A total of eighty patients with diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral hemorrhage and stroke treated in Jiyang District People's Hospital of Jinan City from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with forty cases each by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received personal-ized nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,blood glucose level and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in living ability and blood glucose level be-tween the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of daily living ability and nursing satisfaction in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group,and the blood glucose level was lower than that in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral hemorrhage and stroke can improve their blood glucose level and enhance their daily living ability under personalized nursing mode,which is highly feasible.
