Objective To analyze the influence of outpatient nursing on blood glucose level and satisfaction of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods A total of one hundred patients with type 2 diabetes enrolled in the emergency department of Bijie Hospital of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital from January to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the control group and observation group were divided by random drawing method,with fifty patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality outpatient nursing intervention.Blood glucose level,nursing satisfaction and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of blood glucose indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the obser-vation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Quality outpatient nursing for patients with type 2 dia-betes can help stabilize blood glucose levels and improve patient satisfaction.
