Objective To analyze the application effect of seamless integrated nursing intervention in gestational dia-betes mellitus.Methods A total of one hundred patients with gestational diabetes admitted to Pingyi County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and patients in the study group were given seamless integrated nursing intervention.The duration of labor,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The depression and anxiety scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of seamless integrated nursing intervention in gestational diabetes mellitus patients is remarkable,which can avoid the adverse pregnancy outcome of patients,shorten the labor time of patients,and alle-viate the anxiety and depression of patients.
