Objective To analyze the predictive nursing of patients with diabetic nephropathy and hemodialysis and carry out and the nursing effect and its influence on complications. Methods Sixty diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients admitted to Xuyi County People's Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups with thirty cases each based on random number table method. The observation group was given predictive nursing mode, and the control group was given routine nursing mode. The incidence of complications and quality of life during hemodialysis were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.455,P<0.05).After nursing, the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing can help effectively prevent the occurrence of compli-cations in patients with diabetic nephropathy and improve the quality of life during treatment.
