Objective To analyze the effect of nursing measures based on motivational behavior transformation in pa-tients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of one hundred and four GDM patients admitted to Tai'an Central Hospital from December 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group(52 cases)took routine nursing, and the study group(52 cases)took nursing measures based on motivational behavior transformation.Blood glucose index,Ex-ercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention, the ESCA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing measures based on motivational behavior transformation have a relatively ideal application effect in GDM patients, which can improve their self-care ability and nursing satis-faction,and ensure the blood glucose control effect.
