Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dapagliflozin in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of one hundred diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with fifty cases each by ran-dom number table method.Both groups were treated with Shenshuaining granules,the control group combined with metformin and the study group combined with dapagliflozin.Renal function,blood glucose level,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the renal function of the study group was better than that of the control group,the blood glucose index level was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of score life was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients,can reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve kidney function,and does not increase adverse reactions,help to improve the quality of life of pa-tients.
