Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of high throughput hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion during maintenance hemodialysis in diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods Clinical data of sixty patients with dia-betic nephropathy who received maintenance hemodialysis treatment in the Department of Nephrology of Nanping Tongdao Renai Hospital in,Fujian Province from March 2021 to September 2023 were retrospectively selected.Ac-cording to different treatment methods, and they were divided into control group and observation group, with thirty cases in each group. The control group was treated with high throughput hemodialysis, the observation group with high throughput hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the level of renal function in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the measured values of microinflammatory status indexes were lower than those in the control group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In diabetic nephropathy patients, high throughput hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion has outstanding effects, which can reduce complications, improve the micro-inflammatory state of the body and promote the recovery of renal function, which is conducive to improving the overall quality of life and reducing mortality.
