血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的检验价值探讨

摘要
目的 分析血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的检验价值.方法 选取2021年6月—2022年1月福清市第三医院收治的80例疑似糖尿病患者为研究对象,均实施血糖、尿糖检测,以临床综合分析结果为金标准,分析血糖检验和尿糖检验的诊断价值.结果 经综合诊断确诊64例阳性,糖尿病阳性检出率为80.00%(64/80).尿糖检验糖尿病阳性检出率为70.00%(56/80),血糖检验糖尿病阳性检出率为80.00%(64/80),血糖检验阳性检出率显著高于尿糖检验,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.533,P=0.011).血糖检验的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均显著高于尿糖检验,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 血糖检验对糖尿病的诊断价值高于尿糖.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of blood glucose test and urine glucose test in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected diabetes mellitus admitted to the Third Hospital of Fuqing from June 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.Blood glucose and urine glucose were tested,and the results of clini-cal comprehensive analysis were the gold standard.The diagnostic values of blood glucose test and urine glucose test were analyzed.Results 64 cases were confirmed positive by comprehensive diagnosis,and the positive detection rate of diabetes was 80.00%.The positive rate of diabetes in urine glucose test was 70.00%,the positive detection rate of diabetes by blood glucose test was 80.00%,and the positive detection rate of blood glucose text was significantly higher than that of urine glucose text,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.533,P=0.011).The sensitiv-ity,specificity and accuracy of blood glucose test were significantly higher than that of urine glucose test,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Blood glucose test is more valuable than urine glucose in the diagnosis of diabetes.
