糖尿病患者血糖控制中葛根芩连汤对胰岛功能、中医证候积分的影响

摘要
目的 探究葛根芩连汤应用于糖尿病血糖控制中的效果及对胰岛功能和中医证候积分的影响.方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月到吉林省残疾人康复中心就诊的102例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(基础控糖治疗方案)、研究组(在对照组治疗方案基础上加入葛根芩连汤治疗),各51例.比较两组血糖控制、胰岛功能及中医证候积分改善情况.结果 治疗2个月后,研究组各项血糖及胰岛功能水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗2个月后,观察组多食善饥、口干多饮、疲乏无力、小便频数等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 糖尿病患者接受基础控糖方案与葛根芩连汤联用治疗方式,控糖效果更佳,胰岛功能及中医证候积分均显著改善.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction on blood glucose control in diabetes mellitus and its influence on islet function and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetes who visited the rehabilitation Center for disabled Persons in Jilin Province from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(basic sugar control treatment program)and the study group(the treatment program of based on the control group added Gegen Qinlian Decoction)by random num-ber table method,with 51 cases each.The improvement of blood glucose control,islet function and symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the levels of blood glucose and islet func-tion in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as excessive eating and hunger,dry mouth and excessive drinking,fatigue and weakness,and urination frequency in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The diabetic patients received the basic glucose control program and Gegen Qinlian decoction combined treatment,the glucose control effect was better,and the islet function and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were significantly improved.
