糖尿病患儿的整体护理效果分析

摘要
目的 探究整体护理对糖尿病患儿的应用价值.方法 选取2022年6月—2023年7月滕州市中心人民医院收治的50例糖尿病患儿为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分为常规组与研究组,各25例.常规组开展常规护理,而研究组开展整体护理,对比两组血糖、护理满意度.结果 护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).与常规组相比,研究组护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针对糖尿病患儿,整体护理模式效果显著,能够明显改善患儿的血糖指标,有效提升患儿家属的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of holistic nursing care for children with diabetes.Methods Fifty children with diabetes mellitus treated in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from June 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into routine group and study group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The routine group carried out routine care,while the study group carried out holistic nurs-ing care.The blood glucose and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the lev-els of fasting plasma glucose,2 h postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with diabetes,the holistic nursing care model has a significant effect,can significantly improve the blood glucose indicators of children,and effectively enhance the satisfaction of children's families.
