摘要
目的 分析急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者运行急性护理的有效性.方法 选取2022年2月—2023年2月枣庄市立医院收治的62例急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分为两组,各31例.参照组运行传统护理,研究组运行急救护理,对比两组血糖指标和生活质量指标.结果 护理后与参照组相比,研究组的血糖指标更低,生活质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 临床在开展针对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理时,急救护理可以改善血糖和患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of emergency nursing for patients with emergency diabetic ketoaci-dosis.Methods Sixty-two patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 31 cases each by drawing lots method.The control group received traditional nursing,and the study group received emergency nurs-ing.Blood glucose index and quality of life index were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose in-dex of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group,and score of quality of life was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the nurs-ing of patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis,emergency nursing can improve blood glucose and quality of life.
