多样性护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的应用效果及2hPG水平影响分析

摘要
目的 分析多样性护理干预方案在优化2型糖尿病患者餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial plasma glu-cose,2 hPG)水平方面产生的积极作用.方法 选取2022年8月—2023年7月在山东省滕州市妇幼保健院内科接受治疗的200例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为对照组(n=100,常规护理)和观察组(n=100,多样性护理).比较两组心理状态、自我管理、血糖指标和生活质量.结果 护理后,观察组心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组自我管理和生活质量评分均优于对照组,血糖各项指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 2型糖尿病患者住院期间在多样性护理干预方案的全面护理下,不良心态、欠佳的自我管理能力以及生活质量均有明显的改善,2 hPG水平较优.
Abstract
Objective To observe the positive role of diversified nursing intervention programs in optimizing the level of 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 200 pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received treatment in the Department of Internal Medicine of Tengzhou Mater-nal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects,and were divided into control group(n=100,routine care)and observation group(n=100,diversified nursing)by random number table method.Psychological status,self-management,blood glucose index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-management and quality of life of observation group were better than those of control group,and the levels of blood glucose indexes were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Under the comprehensive nursing of diversified nursing intervention programs during the hospitalization of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,their bad mentality,poor self-management ability and the quality of life have been significantly improved,the level of 2 hPG is better.
