多元化健康教育在糖尿病患者健康体检中的应用研究

摘要
目的 探讨多元化健康教育在糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者健康体检中的应用效果.方法 选择2022年8月—2023年8月单县海吉亚医院收治的100例DM体检患者作为研究对象,以双色球法分为对照组(常规教育)与观察组(多元化健康教育),每组50例.比较两组健康教育前、健康教育1个月时自我管理能力,以及体检者对健康教育满意度与依从性.结果 健康教育前,两组患者自我管理能力(饮食控制、运动锻炼、科学用药、血糖监测)各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).健康教育1个月时,观察组自我管理能力各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组体检者对健康教育的依从性及满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 针对DM患者健康体检开展多元化健康教育,可提高其依从性,更好的提升自我管理水平,提高健康教育满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified health education in diabetes mellitus(DM)pa-tients undergoing physical examination.Methods A total of 100 DM physical examination patients admitted to Shanx-ian Haijiya Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into con-trol group(conventional education)and observation group(diversified health education)by bicorph method,with 50 cases in each group.The self-management ability before and after 1 month of health education,as well as the satisfac-tion and compliance of the examiners with health education of the two groups were compared.Results Before health education,there were no statistical significances in the scores of self-management ability(diet control,exercise,scien-tific medication,blood glucose monitoring)between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 1 month of health education,the scores of self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The compliance and satisfaction of health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting diversified health education for DM patients through physical examinations can improve their compliance,enhance their self-management level,and enhance their satisfaction with health education.
