集束化护理对老年糖尿病患者行髋关节置换术后血糖控制及护理干预效果的影响

摘要
目的 分析集束化护理对老年糖尿病患者行髋关节置换术后血糖控制及护理干预效果的影响.方法 回顾性选取2021年1月—2022年12月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院关节外科和急诊科收治的96例老年股骨颈骨折伴糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照护理方式的不同分为两组,各48例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受集束化护理.比较两组患者血糖水平、护理满意度、并发症发生率.结果 护理后,两组患者血糖均有不同程度的升高,观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 针对行髋关节置换术的糖尿病患者应用集束化护理,有利于降低患者血糖指标与术后并发症的发生率,患者满意度高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing on blood glucose control and nursing intervention of se-nile diabetic patients after hip joint replacement.Methods The clinical data of 96 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture with diabetes admitted to the Department of Joint Surgery and Emergency at Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected,according to the dif-ferent methods of nursing,they were divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.Control group accepted rou-tine nursing,the observation group received cluster nursing.The blood glucose levels,complications,and nursing sat-isfaction of two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose of the two groups increased to different degrees af-ter nursing,and the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,the complication rate is lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing for diabetes patients undergoing hip replacement is conducive to reduc-ing the incidence of blood glucose indicators and postoperative complications,and the patient satisfaction is high.
