Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing on blood glucose control and nursing intervention of se-nile diabetic patients after hip joint replacement. Methods The clinical data of 96 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture with diabetes admitted to the Department of Joint Surgery and Emergency at Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected, according to the dif-ferent methods of nursing, they were divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group.Control group accepted rou-tine nursing, the observation group received cluster nursing. The blood glucose levels, complications, and nursing sat-isfaction of two groups were compared. Results The blood glucose of the two groups increased to different degrees af-ter nursing, and the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the complication rate is lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing for diabetes patients undergoing hip replacement is conducive to reduc-ing the incidence of blood glucose indicators and postoperative complications, and the patient satisfaction is high.
