Study on the Effect of High Quality Nursing on Quality of Life in Elderly Diabetic Nephropathy Patients with Hemodialysis

目的 评估优质护理应用在老年糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)患者中的效果及对其生活质量的影响.方法 选取汉川市第二人民医院于2020年9月—2023年9月收治的60例接受HD的老年DN患者为研究对象,遵循随机数表法分为对照组(30例,常规护理)、观察组(30例,优质护理),比较两组抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire-74,GQOL-74)评分、护理满意度、血糖水平.结果 护理后,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分、血糖水平均低于对照组,GQOL-74评分、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在老年DN患者接受HD期间实施优质护理,可以缓解焦虑感、抑郁感,提升血糖控制效果,提高生活质量,构建和谐护患关系.
Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing on elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)hemodialysis(HD)and its impact on their quality of life.Methods Sixty elderly patients with HD accepted DN admitted to Hanchuan Second People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,high quality nursing)according to random number table method.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxi-ety Scale(SDS)scores,Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire-74(GQOL-74)scores,nursing satis-faction,blood glucose level of two groups were compared.Results After nursing,SDS score,SAS score and blood glu-cose level in observation group were lower than control group,GQOL-74 score and nursing satisfaction level were higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementa-tion of high quality nursing during HD in elderly patients with DN can alleviate anxiety and depression,improve blood glucose control effect,improve quality of life,and build harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
