中西医药物治疗糖尿病脑病的研究进展

摘要
糖尿病已成为我国一种常见的代谢性疾病,研究发现认知功能障碍与糖尿病关联密切,故而提出了糖尿病脑病(diabetic encephalopathy,DE)的概念,近年来对于DE发病机制的认识逐渐深刻,针对疾病的药物研究也逐渐增多,中西医治疗DE已成为研究的热点,本文就近年来中西医治疗DE的药物进行综述.
Abstract
Diabetes mellitus has become one of the common metabolic diseases in China.Studies find that cognitive dysfunction is closely related to diabetes,so the concept of diabetic encephalopathy(DE)is proposed.In recent years,the understanding of the pathogenesis of DE is gradually profound,and drug research for the disease is increasing.The treatment of DE with traditional Chinese and western medicine has become a hot topic.This article reviews the drugs used in the treatment of DE with traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years.
