Objective To analyze the clinical effect of multifunctional ultrasonic debridement machine in patients with diabetes foot ulcer.Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to the People's Hospital of Liupanshui in Guizhou Province from March 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mechanical surgical debridement,and the observation group was treated with multifunctional ultrasonic debridement machine.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators(bacterial clearance rate,hospitalization time,number of dressing changes),wound healing time and residual ulcer area,serum inflamma-tory indicators[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)]levels were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical effect observation group of patients is higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP and PCT between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and PCT in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The hospitalization time and dressing change times of the observation group were less than those of the control group,the bacterial clearance rate was higher than that of the control group,the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group,and the remaining ulcer area was samller than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Multifunctional ultrasonic debridement can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with diabetes foot ulcers.The ulcer healing rate is significantly improved,the recovery time is sig-nificantly shortened,and the clinical application value is high.
