Study on the Value of Blood Glucose Automatic Biochemical Analyzer and Urine Analyzer in Detecting Blood Glucose and Urine Glucose in Diabetic Patients
Objective To study the clinical value of blood glucose and urine glucose in diabetic patients with auto-matic biochemical analyzer and urine analyzer.Methods A total of 100 suspected diabetic patients who were exam-ined in the Third Hospital of Quanzhou in Fujian Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects.All subjects were tested by automatic biochemical blood glucose analyzer and urine analyzer.The blood glucose and urine glucose test results of the patients were analyzed with the oral glucose tolerance test results as the gold stan-dard.The test results and diagnostic efficiency(sensitivity,specificity,accuracy)of different test methods were ana-lyzed.Results Among the 100 suspected patients,88 were confirmed positive and 12 were negative by oral glucose tol-erance test,87 were positive and 13 were negative by blood glucose automatic biochemical analyzer.The urine glu-cose test was positive in 86 cases and negative in 14 cases.89 cases were positive and 11 were negative by automatic biochemical blood glucose analyzer combined with urine glucose test.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accu-racy of blood glucose analyzer were 94.32%(83/88),66.67%(8/12)and 91.00%(91/100)respectively.The diagnostic sensitivity was 92.05%(81/88),the specificity was 58.33%(7/12),and the accuracy was 88.00%(88/100)of urine glu-cose test.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of blood glucose automatic biochemical analyzer com-bined with urine glucose test were 100.00%(88/88),91.67%(11/12)and 99.00%(99/100),and the sensitivity and ac-curacy of combined diagnosis were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=6.809,9.516,both P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical examination of diabetic patients,the combination of automatic biochemical blood glucose analyzer and urine glucose analyzer can greatly improve the accuracy and scientificity of the test results,im-prove the diagnostic efficiency,and have clinical reference significance.
