Objective To investigate the correlation of different degress of children with type 1 diabetes ketoacidosis and levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-10(IL-10),serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR).Methods The clinical data of 52 children with type 1 diabetic keto-acidosis admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively se-lected.Serum hs-CRP,IL-10,IgE and NLR were detected, and the test results were correlation analyzed. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP and IL-10 in children with severe ketoacidosis were higher than those in children with mild and moderate ketoacidosis, and the level of IgE was lower than that in children with mild and moderate ketoaci-dosis,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The severity of ketoacidosis in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus was positively correlated with serum hs-CRP and IL-10,and negatively correlated with IgE(all P<0.05).There was no correlation with NLR(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum hs-CRP,IL-10 and IgE play an important role in the diagnosis of type 1 diabetic ketoacidosis in children.NLR has a positive effect on the judgment of bacterial infection, which can better diagnose the disease and monitor the progress of the disease. It is an important indicator for the diagnosis and evaluation of disease changes.
