摘要
目的 探讨对2型糖尿病患者采用瑞格列奈片+二甲双胍片完成治疗后获得的临床效果.方法 回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年1月广州中医药大学深圳医院(福田)收治的80例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例.参照组选择瑞格列奈片治疗;研究组在参照组基础上,选择二甲双胍片治疗.比较两组的药物治疗总有效率以及血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)控制效果.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组血糖水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 2型糖尿病采用瑞格列奈片+二甲双胍片的联合疗法,可提升治疗效果,提高血糖水平控制效果.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repaglinide tablets+metformin tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Shenzhen Hospital(Fution)from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The refer-ence group was treated with repaglinide tablets.On the basis of the reference group,the study group selected metfor-min tablets for treatment.The total effective rate of drug treatment and the control effect of blood glucose level(fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose)were compared between the two groups.Results The total ef-fective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the blood glucose levels between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combina-tion therapy of repaglinide tablets and metformin tablets in type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the therapeutic effect and improve the control effect of blood glucose level.
