Objective To explore the effect of Jinlida Granule combined with aspartate insulin on glucose metabolism and adverse outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 86 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Zhaoyuan Maternal and Child Health Service Center from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment method, they were divided into two groups,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspartate insulin, and the observation group was treated with aspartate insulin and Jinlida Granules. The total effective rate, adverse pregnancy outcome(postpartum hemorrhage, premature delivery, macrosomia, fetal dis-tress),incidence of hypoglycemia, glucose metabolism level(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glu-cose and glycated hemoglobin A1c)of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observa-tion group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=4.074,P<0.05).The improvement of glucose metabolism related indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The in-cidence of adverse outcomes pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the inci-dence of hypoglycemia was lower than that in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).Conclusion The combined effect of Jinlida Granules and aspartate insulin is better, and the safety is high.It is helpful to regulate the level of glucose metabolism and optimize the outcome of mother and infant.
