Effect of Liraglutide Combined with Metformin Sustained-release Tablets in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus and Its Influence on Hemorheology
Objective To analyze the effect of liraglutide combined with metformin sustained release tablets on hemorheology in patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 88 patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus admitted to Changle County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes, they were divided into control group(treated with metformin sustained-release tablets on the basis of cerebral infarction treatment)and observation group(treated with liraglutide on the basis of control group),with 44 cases in each group. The total effective rate blood glu-cose(fasting plasma glucose,2 hour postprandial plasma glucose)level and hemorheology indexes(fibrinogen and D-dimer)of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Lira-glutide combined with metformin sustained release tablets has a good effect on diabetes patients with cerebral infarc-tion,and can improve hemorheology. However,in clinical practice,it is also necessary to regularly monitor the indi-vidual differences of patients in order to ensure that patients achieve better curative effects.
