Objective To explore the effects of liraglutide in blood glucose control after oculoplastic surgery in dia-betic patients.Methods From January 2021 to January 2024,86 diabetic patients who underwent oculoplastic surgery in the Department of Orthopedic Sursery of Changchun Zhongyan Aesthetic Hospital were selected as the research ob-jects.They were divided into two groups by different treatment method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with liraglutide.The levels of inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein),glucose metabolism in-dexes(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 90 days of treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleu-kin-6 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 90 days of treatment,the glucose metabolism indexes of the observa-tion group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After oculoplastic surgery,the diabetic patients choose liraglu-tide to control blood glucose significantly,reduce inflammation factor levels,and have better effect.
