Objective To analyze the effect of nursing on psychological toughness and wound healing in patients with diabetic foot infection.Methods A total of 108 patients were admitted to the surgery department of Shandong Rizhao Central Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with problem-solving mode.The psychological re-silience(internal control,powerful others control,opportunity),blood glucose index(fasting blood glucose,2 h post-prandial blood glucose),wound healing time,quality of life(physiological function,psychology/spirit,social relation-ship,treatment difficulty)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the psychological resil-ience score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The blood glucose index and wound healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observa-tion group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The problem solving mode applied to patients with diabetic foot infection can improve psychological toughness,promote wound healing,reduce inflammatory factors,improve quality of life.
