Effect of Dynamic Visual Education on Doctor's Order Compliance Rate,Complication Rate and Satisfaction in Patients with Colon Polyp and Dia-betes Mellitus
Objective To explore the effect of dynamic visual education on compliance rate,complication rate and sat-isfaction of patients with large colonic polyps and diabetes.Methods A total of 92 patients with large colon polyps and diabetes mellitus admitted to Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City from November 2021 to Febru-ary 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into group A and Group B,with 46 cases in each group.All of them underwent polypectomy treatment.The order compliance rate,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of doc-tor's advice in group B(95.65%)was higher than that in group A(82.61%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.039,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B(0)was lower than that in group A(13.04%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.457,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of group B(95.65%)was higher than that of group A(80.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.509,P<0.05).Conclusion During perioperative nursing care for patients with large colonic polyps and diabetes,the implementation of dynamic visual education can improve the compliance rate of doctors'orders,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
