Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods A total of 66 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as the study objects from Juye County People's Hospital from September 2021 to June 2023.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and obser-vation group,33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing.The medication compliance,negative emotions(self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale),self-care ability and blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose)were compared between the two groups.Results The medication adherence rate in the continuation group(93.94%)was higher than that in the ordinary group(72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.346,P<0.05).Af-ter nursing,the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale were calculated,and the continuation group were lower than the control group,the excellent rate of self-care in the continuation group was higher than that in the ordinary group,the blood glucose index in the extended group after nursing were lower than that in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing program can have a positive impact on medication compliance,reduce the emotional problems of diabetic nephropathy patients,en-hance self-care ability,and improve their life status outside the hospital.
