Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing on female patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes. Methods A total of 100 female patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Juxian People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by different nursing methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group re-ceived routine nursing, and the study group received diversified nursing intervention. The blood glucose levels(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c)and quality of life(physiological, psychological, environmental, social)were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of fast-ing plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of female patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes, the nursing effect of diversified nursing intervention is significant, which can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients.
