Objective To analyze the influence of different nursing modes on diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and mapping group by different nursing meth-ods,with 40 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing, and the mapping group was given mind mapping nursing. The blood glucose level(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose),bad mood score(self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale),self-care ability score(health knowledge,self-skill,self-concept,self-responsibility)and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the blood glucose index levels and bad mood scores of the mapping group were lower than those of the con-ventional group, and the self-care ability scores were higher than those of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the mapping group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping nursing can more significantly reduce blood sugar levels, improve patients'bad mood, improve self-care ability, and patients'nursing satisfaction is higher.
