Application Effect of Nursing Intervention Measures Based on Diversified Ideas in Elderly Patients with Diabetes and the Impact Analysis of FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc Indicators
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention based on diversified concept in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)and its influence on fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)and glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c).Methods A total of 180 elderly patients with DM admitted to Xianning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 90 cases in each group. The control group ad-opted routine nursing intervention measures, and the observation group adopted nursing intervention measures based on diversified concepts. The blood glucose level(FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activity,(SDSCA)and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the SDSCA score was higher than that in the control group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions based on diversified concepts for elderly DM patients can reduce blood glucose levels, relieve anxiety and depression, enhance self-management ability, and promote nurse-patient harmony.
