Effect of Action-oriented Health Education Combined with Incentive Nurs-ing on Treatment Compliance and Self-care Ability of Gestational Diabe-tes Mellitus Patients
Objective To explore the effects of action-oriented health education combined with incentive nursing on treatment compliance and self-care ability of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)patients.Methods A total of 156 GDM patients admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by different nursing methods,with 78 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received action-oriented health educa-tion combined with incentive nursing on the basis of the control group.The compliance,self-care ability(self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The to-tal satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Action-oriented health education combined with incentive nursing can strengthen patients'self-care ability,improve their compliance and nursing satisfaction.
