Influence of Danggui Sini Decoction and Didang Decoction on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score of Patients with Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy
Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with Didang Decoction in diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients.Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in Yunyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to February 2023 were retrospec-tively selected,and were divided into study group(methylcobalamin tablet+Danggui Sini Decoction combined with Huifu decoction treatment)and control group(methylcobalamin tablet treatment),with 60 cases each.The efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores(numbness of the limbs,cold pain at the end of the limbs,fatigue,shortness of breath,weakness of the waist and knees,cold limbs),Toronto Clinical Scoring System Score and motor nerve(common fibular nerve,median nerve,tibial nerve)conduction velocity were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The motor conduction velocities of common fibular nerve,median nerve and tibial nerve in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The Toronto Clinical Scoring System Score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Sini Decoction combined with Didang Decoction can reduce the symp-tom burden of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,improve the clinical efficacy and improve the condition.
