七味白术散加减辅助治疗糖尿病的效果及对2 hPG、HbA1c水平的影响

摘要
目的 探究糖尿病患者应用七味白术散加减的临床疗效.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年10月惠安县螺城镇社区卫生服务中心中医科收治的98例糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例.两组均落实常规西药治疗,在此基础上观察组增加应用七味白术散,对比两组临床治疗有效率、血糖指标及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的血糖指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 糖尿病患者在常规西药应用的期间联合七味白术散,可进一步提高临床治疗有效率,显著降低血糖浓度,并且不会增加用药不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qiwei Baizhu Powder in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 98 diabetic patients admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Luocheng Community Health Service Center of Hui'an County from January 2022 to October 2023 as the research objects.Ac-cording to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional Western medicine treatment.On this basis,Qiwei Baizhu Powder was added to the observation group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose index and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the blood glucose indexes after treatment were lower than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the to-tal incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients combined with Qi-wei Baizhu powder during the application of conventional Western medicine can further improve the effective rate of clinical treatment,significantly reduce blood glucose concentration,and will not increase adverse drug reactions.
