摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetes peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病的常见慢性并发症之一,表现为肢体末端由远及近出现的麻木、疼痛、移走感、痛温觉异常等,严重者可导致足部溃疡甚至截肢.DPN发病机制复杂多样,多与高血糖、炎症免疫反应、氧化应激以及细胞器相关机制等有关.本文将通过参考国内外相关文献,对DPN的发病机制进行综述,以期为其防治提供新的思路.
Abstract
Diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is a common chronic complication of diabetes mellitus,which is characterized by numbness,pain,sense of displacement,abnormal sense of pain and temperature at the end of the limb from far to near,and can lead to foot ulcer or even amputation in severe cases.The pathogenesis of DPN is com-plex and diverse,often related to high blood glucose,inflammatory immune response,oxidative stress,and organelle related mechanisms.This article will review the pathogenesis of DPN by referring to relevant literature at home and abroad,hoping to provide new ideas for its prevention and treatment.
