Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of hemoglobin glycosylation index(HGI)combined with serum C-peptide(C-P)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with T2DM and 94 healthy subjects admitted to Lianjiang County Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively se-lected,which were T2DM patients group and healthy subjects group, respectively.HGI and C-P were detected in both groups, and the diagnostic value of single and combined detection for T2DM was analyzed. Results The HGI and C-P levels between the two groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The area under curve of combined detection was 0.917,which was higher than that of other single indicators, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of T2DM patients, the application value of HGI and C-P combined detection is higher.
