Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2hPG),and glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods From November 2021 to November 2023,200 pregnant women with GDM admitted to Jianning County Ma-ternal and Child Health Hospital of Sanming in Fujian Province were selected as the observation group, and 198 healthy pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in our hospital during the same period were included in the control group. The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c were compared between the two groups, and the receiver oper-ating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to explore the value of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the diagnosis of GDM.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis results showed that the area under the curve of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the diagnosis of GDM was 0.957,which was higher than that of the three alone, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c were abnormally highly expressed in GDM pregnant women, and the combination of the three indicators could effectively diagnose GDM.
