Objective To investigate the application value of cystatin C(Cys-C),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and ho-mocysteine(Hcy)detection in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 63 patients with diabetic ne-phropathy admitted to Rudong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to July 2023 were selected as group A,32 patients with diabetes without nephropathy in the same period were selected as group B,and 31 healthy subjects were selected as group C.The levels of Cys-C,β2-MG and Hcy were detected in the three groups, and the levels of the three groups were compared. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to explore the diagnostic value of the indicators based on the area under the curve(AUC).Results The levels of Cys-C,β2-MG and Hcy in group A were higher than those in group B and group C,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of combined detection of Cys-C,β2-MG and Hcy was 0.942,which was higher than that of other single indicators, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of Cys-C,β2-MG,Hcy level has high diagnostic value for dia-betic nephropathy disease, which can provide a reliable basis for the clinical follow-up treatment.
