Value Analysis of Urinary Microalbumin,Urinary Protein Creatinine Ra-tio and Glomerular Filtration Rate in Clinical Examination of Diabetes Ne-phropathy
Objective The diagnostic efficacy of urinary microalbumin, urinary protein creatinine ratio and glomerular filtration rate in clinical examination of diabetes nephropathy was analyzed. Methods The clinical data of 106 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who underwent clinical examination in the clinical Laboratory Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.Ac-cording to whether diabetic nephropathy was diagnosed, the above patients were divided into the control group(46 cases)and the confirmed group(60 cases). The expression levels of urinary microalbumin, urinary protein to creatinine ratio and glomerular filtration rate were analyzed. The diagnostic efficacy of different indicators in single detection and combined detection were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)curve. Results Confirmed group the urine trace albumin and urinary albumin creatinine ratio are higher than the control group, serum levels of glo-merular filtration rate is lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis results show that the joint inspection area under the curve is 0.845,the sensitivity of 73.3%and 95.7%were higher than other single detection, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion A single index has certain limitations in the clinical test of diabete nephropathy, and the combined detec-tion can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency and has clinical value.
