Objective To investigate the effect of insulin aspart combined with personalized comprehensive manage-ment mode in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 80 patients with GDM admit-ted to Sanming First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were se-lected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes.40 patients in the control group were treated with personalized comprehensive management mode+protamine biosynthetic human insu-lin,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with personalized comprehensive management mode+insu-lin aspart. The glucose metabolism indexes(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose, glycated he-moglobin A1c),islet function indexes(homeostatic model assessment of β-cell function, homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance)and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Af-ter treatment, the homeostatic model assessment of β-cell function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The adverse pregnancy outcome rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In-sulin aspart combined with personalized comprehensive management mode in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively control blood glucose level, improve islet function and pregnancy outcome.
