Value of Jianpi Qushi Diet Therapy Combined with Insulin Aspart in the Treatment of Phlegm-dampness Constitution in Children with Type 1 Dia-betes Mellitus
Objective To explore the value of Jianpi Qushi diet therapy combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of phlegm-dampness constitution in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods From July 2021 to July 2023,98 children with type 1 diabetes mellitus and phlegm-dampness constitution received by Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment meth-ods,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin aspart.The observation group was treated with Jianpi Qushi diet combined with insulin aspart.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose level(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c),blood lipid level(total cholesterol,triglyceride)were com-pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the ob-servation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus with phlegm-dampness constitution by Jianpi Qushi diet combined with insulin aspart can further control blood glu-cose level,eliminate adverse symptoms and regulate blood lipid level.
