摘要
目的 探究在2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者治疗中采用二甲双胍联合恩格列净片的治疗效果.方法 选取2023年1-12月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院收治的60例T2DM患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组予以二甲双胍治疗,观察组予以二甲双胍联合恩格列净片治疗.比较两组血糖水平及血糖变异性指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、最大血糖波动幅度)、胰岛功能相关指标(空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数)、临床疗效.结果 治疗后,观察组血糖水平及血糖变异性指标、胰岛功能相关指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 二甲双胍联合恩格列净片治疗T2DM可取得理想效果,且在改善血糖水平及血糖变异性指标、胰岛功能相关指标等方面作用显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and value of metformin combined with empagliflozin tablets in the treat-ment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 60 patients with T2DM admitted to Zhang-zhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin com-bined with empagliflozin tablets.The blood glucose level and blood glucose variability indexes(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,maximum blood glucose fluctuation range),islet function re-lated indexes(fasting insulin level,insulin resistance index)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose level,blood glucose variability index and islet function related in-dex in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with empagliflozin tablets can achieve ideal effect in the treatment of T2DM,and it has a significant effect on improving blood glucose level,blood glucose variability indicators,and islet function related indicators.
