Objective To analyze the effect of scientific feeding plan based on blood glucose value on blood glucose fluctuation in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 hemodialysis patients with dia-betic nephropathy admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given'scien-tific feeding plan based on blood glucose value on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose fluctuation and the incidence of low/high blood glucose were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose levels of the two groups decreased before hemodialysis,1 h,2 h,3 h after hemodialysis,and at the end of hemodialysis,but the dif-ferences were not statistically significant(all P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypergly-cemia between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30),which was lower than 43.33%(13/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.273,P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of scientific feeding plan based on blood glucose value in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy can further regulate the fluctuation of blood glucose,and the feasibility is good.
